Can I Apply Online?
Yes, please! Just click on the Apply tab to get started with an application.
What leasing options are available?
We offer lease terms from 3 - 14 months and they vary in price.
What are your application requirements? How long does the application process take?
We require a household income of 2.5x the market rent and other qualifications. Typically, it takes less than 2 days to process an application. We verify credit history, employment, income, rental history and perform a background check for all applicants. The length of time to process depends on how quickly we can get this information from outside parties. You can expedite the process by filling out the application completely and providing copies of your 2 most recent paycheck stubs. .
Is there an application fee?
The application fee is $40 per person. Anyone age 18 and older must apply. *Amount subject to change.
How much is the deposit and is any of it refundable?
Yes, there is a required security deposit and a portion that is refundable based on the condition of the apartment after move-out. $550-$1000 deposit, $125.00 non-refundable.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, we require renter's insurance with $100,000 of liability coverage, listing Legacy Springs as an additional insured or interested party. Personal content coverage is highly recommended.
When is rent due and how do I pay it? Is there a late fee for overdue payments?
Rent is due on the 1st day of the month. We prefer online payments from our residents but we still accept checks, money orders, cashiers check, debit in the office. The late fee is 10% of your rent.
What happens if I need to move out before my lease expires?
There is a lease settlement agreement that requires 30 day notice and an additional lease settlement fee depending on length of lease remaining - anywhere from 2 to 3 times the market rent.
What are the occupancy guidelines?
The occupancy limits are 2 people per bedroom plus 1 extra person.
What size apartments do you offer?
Our one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes range from 705 to 1430 square feet, providing plenty of room for everyone.
Do you have ADA compliant apartments?
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts to teachers, military personnel, police personnel and preferred employers.
Hours and Access
What are the hours for the leasing office, hot tub and pool?
Leasing Office - Monday 8:00-4:00; Tuesday - Friday 8:00-6:00; Saturday 9:00-4:00 Sunday Closed. Pool - The hot tub is open year round from 10 AM - 10 PM, and the pool is open daily from 10 AM - 10 PM during the summer months&mdash. .
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
The apartments are internet-ready and a base speed is included in the rent! We use Mereo Networks. We have additional speed upgrades beyond the base speed included in the rent.
Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?
Yes, we have an Amazon Hub Package Locker. Packages from Amazon and most other carriers are accessible 24/7.
Is storage included? Is additional storage available?
Apartments include extra storage off the balcony/patio. If you need additional storage, we have garages for rent.
Is there a laundry on-site?
Yes, we have a 24/7 accessible laundry facility onsite, as well as washer/dryer connections in the apartments.
What is the parking situation?
We assign one free covered parking stall per apartment. Uncovered parking is available to all registered operational vehicles. Garages are also available for rent. Guest need to have prior approval. Please note that we do not allow recreational vehicles to be parked on the property.
Can guests use the amenities?
Guests are welcome to use amenities as long as they are accompanied by the resident.
Who do I call if I have a maintenance issue?
Work orders can easily be submitted online. You may also call the leasing office. Provide your name, apartment number, phone number, a description of the issue, pets, and whether we have permission to enter if you are not at home. If you have a maintenance emergency after office hours, you can call the office number to reach our answering service. .
Are you near public transportation? What are the nearby traffic routes?
We are 10 minutes “walking” distance away from TRAX. We are only about a 2-minute drive there. We are minutes away from Bangerter Highway and I-15.
Is there shopping nearby?
You can find everything you need nearby! Check out Jordan Landing shopping center.
What is the smoking policy?
Our policy is no smoking in the apartments or common areas.
Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?
Yes, we accept dogs! So bring your furry friend along! Dogs must be over 6 months old. Limit 2 pets per apartment. Pets are required to always be on a leash. Restricted breeds and max weight do apply. Please contact us for more information. *Exotic animals not allowed.
Are there building quiet hours?
Yes, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartments?
We have electric washer and dryer hookups in all the apartments. We also have an onsite laundry facility that is coin-operated. You can also download an app that allows you to pay through your phone as well.
What kind of appliances are in the kitchen?
Apartment appliances include a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
Is there a shower or a tub?
All apartments come standard with a shower bathtub combo.
Do any of your apartments have patios or balconies?
Yes — and patios and decks provide access to extra storage space, too.
Do apartments have air conditioning?
Yes, each apartment has central air conditioning to keep you comfortable.
Are utilities included?
Utilities are separate from your market rent and will need to be setup through Rocky Mountain Power and Dominion Energy. As soon as you have been approved for an apartment and given a move-in date, you will need to set up accounts with both of these companies so the utilities start on your move-in date.
Are the apartments furnished?
