|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments but parking sucks — Awesome apartments, neighbors are nice but keep to themselves. The highway can get loud at times, but you get used to it. Good luck finding a parking spot anywhere near your apartment after 5 pm. You get assigned one spot, but it seems like half the residents don’t even use theirs about half are empty most of the time so trying to find a spot is a nightmare.

|Recommended: YesKind and friendly — The staff is all so kind and helpful. The community is great and it's a safe place for kids. Only down side is you can hear everything in the apartments, every conversation, every noise, every sound I mean Everything Parling is hard if you get home late.. Other than that we love it here We love the community.

|Recommended: YesParking Stall — I pay for parking to have a personalized parking stall as do many of my neighbors. I am constantly having people park in my space who are unstickered drivers. Its absolutely ridiculous. Time and time again I come home from work to have someone parked in MY PAID PARKING stall Furthermore when I contact both the property management or the tow company directly on weekends Im told there is nothing that will be done about towing out a car in MY PAID PARKING space. Whats the point of paying for a parking pass if its not honored by either the management or the contracted tow company I would like either the last year's parking pass payments returned or a cone provided approved that i can place in my stall until I return from working all day. Absolutely ridiculous i pay for parking when literally ANYONE is allowed to park there with ZERO threat of being towed AS THEY SHOULD BE. I had a pontiac gran prix that was stickered in my stall that i hadnt moved in a month or so due to extreme illness and the management had concerns about that, MY STICKERED AND PAID FOR VEHICLEL AND STALL but not some random car unauthorized to be there. Other than that I love it here and would recommend to ANYONE. The management here are amazing and possible this parking issues extends beyond them, who knows. Anytime Ive needed anything they have been quick, prompt and very professional and I actually enjoy talking with them and living here, it is absolutely amazing here. Ray is an awesome property manager and the grounds workers are phenominal.
|Recommended: YesSpacious apartments but noisy — Nice big apartment but you can hear everything from the neighbors. From them walking, dogs running, snoring lol not to mention them running on the treadmill. Sounds like they are coming through the ceiling. But other than that it's a great place. Staff is nice and helpful.

|Recommended: NoMeh. — Sizeable apartments. Well insulated saves on electricity . Not much else positive to say. The office staff is disorganized. The online portal is buggy. Parking is virtually nonexistent. Hot water doesn't always work in bathroom the maintenance guy said it can't be fixed . They'll draft an eviction letter if you're even a single day late with payment which I occasionally am purely due to the bugginess of the online portal . Inconvenient roadwork was done with no prior notice. Hallway lights are usually broken and blinking. Only a single ethernet port works in each apartment despite there being several. Garage door remotes are terrible. Location is mediocre.
If you need space for cheap, this'll do fine. For any other reason, choose another complex.

|Recommended: YesI love how big these apartments feel — Although the apartments are a little dated with appliances I do love the spaciousness. They really are crazy big apartments. Other apartments are tight but I feel like I can breath here.
