|Recommended: YesGood Place — It's nice, my only complaint is the parking, They don't have enough spaces.
|Recommended: NoMeh. — Sizeable apartments. Well insulated saves on electricity . Not much else positive to say. The office staff is disorganized. The online portal is buggy. Parking is virtually nonexistent. Hot water doesn't always work in bathroom the maintenance guy said it can't be fixed . They'll draft an eviction letter if you're even a single day late with payment which I occasionally am purely due to the bugginess of the online portal . Inconvenient roadwork was done with no prior notice. Hallway lights are usually broken and blinking. Only a single ethernet port works in each apartment despite there being several. Garage door remotes are terrible. Location is mediocre.
If you need space for cheap, this'll do fine. For any other reason, choose another complex.

|Recommended: YesI Love How Big These Apartments Feel — Although the apartments are a little dated with appliances I do love the spaciousness. They really are crazy big apartments. Other apartments are tight but I feel like I can breath here.
|Recommended: YesGreat Community — Angela is so amazing, she answered all my questions and kept up with all my emails prior to my move in and even when i moved in She told me she has been here for a few months but even for a few months shes amazing. Maintenance responded quickly to my work order and was so kind I love the building im located in and love that its pet friendly Im excited to see what the future months hold Within my first week of moving here there was community activities planned and i thought that was so cool So far the experience that ive had while being here has been so great
|Recommended: YesLegacy Springs Community — The apartment I live in is of a good design and space. The size of each room is very acceptable. I enjoy having two bedrooms, having one as a bedroom and the other as a room for my desk, cabinet and computer. The tenants are very nice in my building and with those in whom I come in contact are also very nice and cordial. I especially like the covered parking. The maintenance staff performs there work very well. Maintenance requests made are completed very fast and efficiently. The office staff are very friendly and notify you of any need or assistance quickly.

|Recommended: YesNot A Bad Place For Money You Pay For Rent. — I have liked being here for the most part. Staff is friendly. Maintenance was done in a timely fashion. My neighbors are mostly quiet. Only two complaints would be, people don't clean up after their pets and it's not enforced. The other would be parking. They say you get one under cover parking and one regular. You have stickers to prove that. On MANY occasions I have come home to zero parking spots. This problem needs to be fixed.

|Recommended: NoParking And Would Have Been Nice To Know — It would have been nice to know our apartment is right next to mt view corridor. When we applied the leasing agents would not let us tour the facility till we finished paying down deposits which is wrong. So we were gambling where we were staying.
Parking is a night mare. I've been having to park on the street the last three nights infront of a stranger's house and chance getting towed because there is zero parking in the complex.
|Recommended: YesWonderful Place To Live, Hard To Park — Only complaint I have is the first come, first serve parking almost makes it impossible to find parking available at times. But the grounds are great, great community, great amenities, wonderful location, fantastic layouts. I am very happy with it.

|Recommended: YesOverall Great Experience, With One Major Problem. — I'll still say I would recommend living here, however only if you have a covered parking space. If you're rooming with someone then parking is gonna be your worst enemy. More so if you work a swing shift and come home late. You're pretty much guaranteed to not have anywhere to park past 10PM. As well as any holiday or if it snows. I've been on the waiting list for a second covered space since I moved here and from what I was told, I haven't moved up at all. It's been 7 months.
Other than parking, you'll have a good experience here. The premise is kept well, the staff is professional, the standard internet is actually pretty fast, and the people that live here are nice. I haven't had any problems whatsoever besides the parking.
