|Recommended: YesSome Good, Some Bad — Overall, it's a pretty nice place to live. The community is getting older, which will require some major upgrades in the not too distant future. Maintenance people are great, but they are overworked due to some aging problems of the buildings. Planning to renew my lease if it's within my budget, but that's due to other factors more than the quality of the complex.

|Recommended: YesLove It — I love the complex as a whole, the staff is super friendly. I don't know my neighbors too well, but we rarely hear them. Only complaint is the windows do not insulate very well, but nothing some drapes can't fix. Overall I love these apartments.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment For The Price — The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and clean. The staff is friendly and responds to concerns well. Many times they don't inform you of packages that come to the office, which can be a problem. Overall, it's a great place to live.
|Recommended: YesBig Apartments With Great Layouts — We've been in the Legacy Springs apartments since July, and we've been overall pleased with our apartment. The staff are super friendly and easy to work with. The maintenance crew responds faster than any other apartments I've lived in. We can hear our upstairs neighbors a little more than I'd prefer, but it's not terrible. The location is great--close to the Mountain View Corridor and Bangerter, which makes travelling easier--and near to Herriman library. The playground and swings are perfect for kids, and the pool is great during the summer months.

|Recommended: YesA Year With Legacy — Been a pleasure living in the large apartments here. All the folks here up at the office and with maintenance have been a pleasure to work with. I would stay here till they ran me off - but work charges me 100 dollars a month for my company car if it's this far from SLC proper, and my hours are so variable the commute is a bit to far for me. Best apartment in YEARS, right here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Size And Value — The property is nice and well-maintained. The apartments are very spacious. Parking is a bit tough to come by sometimes, but I guess that's what we get from everyone having multiple cars. I love it here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I've really enjoyed my 8 months here. Apartments are in good condition and the staff is friendly. I was impressed with some of the activities managements has arranged for their residents, especially the blood drive in May. It's pretty cool that they care enough about the community to put something like that together. The apartments are well insulated and my utility costs have been low.
