|Recommended: YesThe Property Has A Great Modern Play Ground And The Swimming Pool Is Wonderful And Clean. — I have lived here going on 7 months and I have had a very nice experience. The staff is helpful and friendly. The apartment is cute and spacious. The price is affordable, especially for the location. The grounds are modern and well kept. I have great neighbors all through the complex. Animal owners in this area are very responsible which is a big plus. There is one room where I can sometimes hear outside noise or very rarely my neighbors but it has not been a problem. It has been very private otherwise.

|Recommended: YesNice Quiet Apartment — Spacious apartment for less the rent than others we've looked at. Dated appliances and small kitchen that could use a microwave but Overall, we like it as it's a pretty quiet community and we don't have any problems here.

I love the apartment itself and all the space it offers, but I hate how much I can hear the people below us and their music, and I don't like how well I can hear all the traffic on 126th and Mountain View Corridor. You can get used to the traffic noise, but when your floor is vibrating from the people below you, hope you aren't trying to put a baby down for a nap or trying to have a conversation because it's so loud.

I did want to apologize that although our apartments are sound conditioned, they are not soundproof. If you ever have any problems, feel free to come into the office to discuss possible options. |Recommended: YesNeeds Improvements — The location is great. The parking lot is bad, needs to be repaved. The hallways are all dirty and need to be power washed, The pool company needs to clean more often, so the pool doesn't keep getting closed for days at a time. Summer is too short to have it closed for several days at a time. For a Non-pet friendly community, there are more dogs, cats, bunny's, etc. than any other community I've ever lived in. The apartment itself is good, the large size is great, I rarely hear my neighbors. However, all appliances need to be upgraded. Dishwasher is terrible and oven doesn't work very well either.

|Recommended: YesReally Great Place To Reside — It's nice, we have a three bedroom which gives us plenty of space. The playground is always kept up and the maintenance is always on top of things. I have never had a problem with the office staff they are sweet kind hearted ladies and they always have a smile when we need them. Great community for kids as they have tons of events around the holidays and a pool that is crystal clear and is about to OPEN
|Recommended: YesThis Property Is Clean And Quiet — I did a lot of searching for the right apartment prior to moving, and decided on Legacy Springs. The complex is quiet and well kept I am glad I made the choice to move here and have already suggested it to some people I know. Every problem I have had the maintenance staff is timely, friendly and resolves the issues very quickly.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice And Well Kept Place But Little Noisy — I love living here. The apartments are great. Spacious and well designed. Our new neighbors are quite loud al night long but that is not the apartments fault.
