|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Great place to live. Schools are just 5 min away driving distance. I like that everyone in the community looks out for one another. So far it's been safe for the kids. The play area is great and just in front of our balcony so I can keep an eye on my kids. I like that packages get taken to the office when we're not home. The only thing is that some people who have pets don't pick up after their dogs poop and it's just left on the grass for kids to step in and when it snows, you wouldn't know it's there until you've stepped in it. Other than that, parking is great and convenient and everyone in the office is nice, welcoming and friendly, especially Alex.

Location is very convenient - right off of Mountain View Corridor and central location to just about everything you'd need. The apartments are spacious and closets are big.

The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance comes quickly and fixes problems when they occur which isn't very often . I love the pool and hot tub. And I've had great neighbors overall.

|Recommended: YesLove Living Here — This is the first place my boyfriend and I have rented and absolutely love it. The open floor plan makes it easy for family gatherings. I dont think I have ever heard my neighbors after the quiet time hours. Their rent is so much cheaper than other apartments close by. The only thing I would say needs to improve are the appliances. But other than that great staff, great maintenance and a well upkeep on landscaping. Would highly reccomend.

|Recommended: YesLove Living Here — I have lived at Legacy Springs for a long time. The staff is wonderful and always very helpful. We love the pool, work out room and BBQ areas. The grounds are always clean. Great location, near shopping and schools, library and rec center.
|Recommended: YesThe Property Has A Great Modern Play Ground And The Swimming Pool Is Wonderful And Clean. — I have lived here going on 7 months and I have had a very nice experience. The staff is helpful and friendly. The apartment is cute and spacious. The price is affordable, especially for the location. The grounds are modern and well kept. I have great neighbors all through the complex. Animal owners in this area are very responsible which is a big plus. There is one room where I can sometimes hear outside noise or very rarely my neighbors but it has not been a problem. It has been very private otherwise.
