Parking can get a little hectic after hours but you just have to learn to ply the game Great office and maintenance staff We loved it

|Recommended: YesReview — It’s a great place. It’s a 4 out of 5 as far as apartment complexes. Only downfall is parking. If you have more than one vehicle per family good luck finding parking after 4 p.m.

Management is great, very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Maintanence is quick at getting work orders done and they are very nice professionals guys. We love how big are apartment is and price is very reasonable. If you want a great place to call home this is the place.

|Recommended: YesThe Perfect Place To Call Home — Legacy Springs is an amazing place to live. The apartments are very well kept, spacious, and affordable The grounds and common areas are very nice and always kept up. The playground area is fun for kids of all ages, it's like having our own park inside our community. Neighbors are great, very quiet and respectful. Managment is awesome, very friendly and professional they are always willing to go above and beyond to keep their residents happy, they are great about making us feel wanted and welcome. Maintanence always responds to requests promptly and professional, they are great guys. If you want a great place to live this is definitely the place.
