|Recommended: YesOverall A Great Apartment Complex — I really love living here. The staff are very nice, helpful, and respond quickly. Parking for visitors can be a little limited but as a resident it is great having a covered parking spot. My biggest complaint is that the windows even when shut and locked let in a lot of cold air so if I'm not actively moving it can get quite cold during the winter.

|Recommended: YesKind, Peaceful, And Quaint Apartments — Parking kind of sucks for non-covered parking spots. Doesn't feel like there is enough if you were on the North side of the lot. Exceptional facilities and staff.
|Recommended: YesPretty Good. — The apartments themselves are pretty spacious, not a bad deal if you have two or three people sharing a 2 or 3 bedroom. Parking was an issue until they refinished the asphalt in the parking lot and towed off all the cars that never moved. Management is staffed with nice people. Maintenance staff responded to my requests pretty quickly.
Word to the wise. MAKE SURE to do the 30 days notice to vacate before moving out at the end of your lease. I overlooked this, and granted it is there in the lease agreement, and in the renewal letters the staff sent. This was not the management's fault.
|Recommended: YesI Love My New Apartment — First of all ...The Staff is terrific The apartments are so spacious that you don't feel like you are in an apartment. I just moved from a three bedroom house that was much smaller than my apartment. I just know we are going to be happy here

Rent is reasonably priced, at least for something in the Salt Lake valley, and the units are spacious. We love the staff and consider them friends. Maintenance is very responsive which is such a plus. The units are the newest but they're in great repair and we just love them
